In an effort to keep as organized as possible and to ensure the most seamless experience from time of inquiry, to the big day, all communication for weddings is done via the email address Kristin@teamglamdetroit.com. Please send questions or concerns via email.
If you prefer to communicate via phone call, you can email Booking Coordinator, Christina, (at the same Kristin@teamglamdetroit.com) to schedule a call.
Communication via text/call will include:

Setting up appointments prior to wedding date/confirmation of appointment.

Follow up before wedding, sending invoice as well as day-of protocol and room number.

We can't wait to work with you! In order to secure your date and services, we need two things:
1. Please download the contract, fill it out, sign it and return it to kristin@teamglamdetroit.com.
2. Pay your non-refundable deposit via Venmo/Check/Cash (2% fee on Venmo transactions).

If paying via Venmo/Check/Cash, your deposit is $205 (full hair and makeup trial) or $100 (just makeup or just hair trial). For Venmo, send payment to @teamglamdetroit and put your wedding date in the caption. There is a 2% fee on Venmo transactions. If paying with cash or check, please reach out to kristin@teamglamdetroit.

Your deposit is non-refundable, but if something changes with the event on the client's end, your deposit can be used as a credit towards your adjusted event or other services. If Team Glam cancels services and the trial has not been completed, the deposit is refundable.
