Communication via text/call will include:

Setting up appointments prior to wedding date/confirmation of appointment.

Follow up before wedding, sending invoice as well as day-of protocol and room number.
Please send comments, concerns or general questions leading up to your wedding via email.
We can't wait to work with you! In order to secure your date and services, we need two things:
1. Please download the contract, fill it out, sign it and return it to kristin@teamglamdetroit.com.
2. Pay your non-refundable deposit via Venmo or Zelle

For Venmo, send payment to @teamglamdetroit and please put your wedding date in the caption. There is a 2% fee on Venmo transactions.

For Zelle please send payment to Team Glam Detroit by scanning the QR code below, with a memo including your name and wedding date.
Please note: Your deposit is non-refundable, but if something changes with the event on the client's end, your deposit can be used as a credit towards your adjusted event or other services. If Team Glam cancels services and the trial has not been completed, the deposit is refundable.
